Q: What is the thickness of our inlays?
A: Our inlays are 1/4" solid wood with plywood backing , hat pressed on plywood to match desired thickness (standard 3/4")
( no assembly required) ready for installation we do not use veneers to produce our inlays
Q: Can I modify the thickness?
A: Yes, we can make 1/2" ; 9/16" & 5/8" ; . ( we will have to know the thickness before assembling the product)
Q: Can I installed the inlays on concrete floor?
A: Yes.
Q: Can we have them prefinished?
A: Yes. ( for extra charge)
Q: How do I install the medallions and the borders?
A: We provide Template with add shapes + installation manual with our product

Q: What is your return policy ?
A: If for some reason You are not satisfied with our product you can return within 7 days after receiving the product
Q: Can I change the wood species?
A: Yes (Please note! changed wood species are not returnable)
